The chevron doesn't need an introduction.
It's a pattern with a long history and a beautiful feel, both angular and directional, built on the tension between symmetry and movement. Delivered at tile scale, where the geometry is large enough to read clearly across a room without requiring a mosaic to assemble it.
Each piece contributes two mirrored planes that meet at a central ridge, forming the characteristic V when installed in sequence. The relief is precise — the angle consistent, the transition between faces clean. Up close, the surface has a faceted quality, light breaking differently across each plane depending on its orientation. From a distance, the field develops a strong directional pull, drawing the eye along the pattern rather than across it.
Installed horizontally, the chevron moves laterally — widening a space, emphasizing its breadth. Vertically, it lifts. The format is responsive to orientation in a way that few textures are, which gives it flexibility without losing its character.
A pattern that arrives exactly when the moment calls for it — and holds up after the moment passes.
