A sandy beige crossed with gray and ivory veins, drawn from the Leccese limestone of Salento in southern Italy. Locals call it la pietra gentile, the gentle stone, because it carves so easily. Tortora is the warm middle of the four tones, neither pale nor heavy.
A 3x24 bullnose with one rounded, finished edge, for capping wainscot, wrapping outside corners, or running as base along a field in the same color. Matte porcelain to match the tile.
