Charcoal 7lb

A dense, polymer-modified grout that holds color without the surface instability common in standard sanded formulas. The joint stays consistent — no shrinking, no cracking, no efflorescence — and the finish reads the same across the field whether installed in a dry interior or a wet commercial environment.

The stain resistance is built into the formulation rather than applied as a coating, which means the surface performs without additional sealing. Immediate cleanup is still recommended; prolonged exposure to any staining agent increases the risk of permanent discoloration, as with any grout surface.

Sets fast — open to traffic in four hours. Suitable for joints from 1/16" to 1/2", across floor and wall applications, interior and exterior, including submerged conditions. Zero VOC. Mold and mildew resistant.
