10 Year Limited Warranty
This is our most popular sealant! High quality sealant that delivers the performance you demand at a competitive price. It is a one component, room temperature curing, acetic cure, 100% silicone elastomer that does not require the addition of activators, stabilizers, or catalysts to achieve optimum performance.
Designed for joining and sealing most non-porous building materials including a variety of structural materials: glass, aluminum, stainless steel, wood, and plastics. All surfaces must be properly cleaned and the sealant tooled for good adhesion. Primer may be required for these and other substrates as well.
It has a wide operating temperature range of -80° to 400°F, and can be applied at outdoor temperatures as low as -35° to 140°F. Strong physical properties: 350 psi tensile strength; 120 psi lap shear at 1/8" thickness and tear strength of 25 ppi. It will seal curtainwall joints, steel and aluminum windows, and skylights. Indoor uses include bathtubs, showers, and sanitary installations (mildew resistant clear contains a fungicide for cured beads that are mildew resistant).

NOTE:This silicone is and will remain clear if properly stored in a cool dry place and away from direct sunlight. When uncured silicone is exposed to UV radiation (sunlight) it turns pinkish until it cures, it is the exposure to UV that causes the pink hue. Once cured, 24-48 hrs., the pink hue disappears completely
