Seam Sealer

Carpet Seam Sealer is a solvent free, non-flammable, high strength, universal seam adhesive that may be used on broadloom carpets. This product is solvent-free, low odor and water resistant when dry.

Glue Down Installations
Apply a 1/8" bead of Carpet Seam Sealer along the trimmed seam edge that is first placed into the carpet adhesive. Apply the continuous bead where the face yarn enters the back. Complete the seam by butting the second seam sides to the sealed edge while the  adhesive is still wet.

Stretch-In Installations
Butter both trimmed seam edges in sufficient amount to cover both the primary and secondary backs at the point where the face yarn enters the back.  Allow both seam edges to dry to the touch before running the seam iron.
